Why IMtech
We take on tasks that have no ready solution on the market yet. Each product starts from a hypothesis tested on a prototype, not from a competitor's feature list.
A product has to fit into the way a company works today. We design integrations and roles so that adoption does not require halting day-to-day operations.
Success is measured by the change in how the company works, not by the number of modules launched. That is why every pilot has an agreed outcome criterion set in advance.
How we build products
The same path for every product. We do not move to the next step until the previous one has answered its question.
We study the process from the inside together with the people who work in it. We formulate the hypothesis the product has to confirm or disprove.
We assemble a working prototype of the key scenario. The goal is to test the idea on real data, not to show polished screens.
We launch the product in the partner's real environment with agreed outcome criteria and a fixed timeframe.
We bring the solution to production grade: reliability, access rights, integrations, documentation and support.
We develop the product based on user feedback and on metrics that show real usage.
R&D projects
Alongside our own product line, we take on a small number of R&D projects: we build a product for a partner's non-standard task that has no ready solution on the market.
