How we choose R&D partners
We take on few client projects. Here is the logic behind our decisions about who to work with, and what a partner gets.

An R&D partnership is not development outsourcing. We take on problems the market does not solve with off-the-shelf products, and build a product for them together with the partner company.
This format requires commitment on both sides: the partner provides access to a real process and its expertise, we provide the product and engineering team. That is why there are few projects, and each one is chosen deliberately.
Work begins with research, followed by a prototype and a pilot on real data. The decision to continue is made after the pilot — once it is clear whether the idea works.
